Orly Taitz loses... again... to an empty table... →

holzmantweed:

Orly Taitz and the birthers sued to keep President Obama off the ballot in Georgia.  The President neglected to send anyone to defend against the suit.  The judge chided the President for that.  Normally, this leads to a default judgement against the defendant, but the Birthers wanted a hearing on the merits of their case.

Big mistake: they should have quit while they were ahead.

Instead, they presented the case and the judge ruled the case was utterly without merit, citing a precedent in which a child born in the U.S. to two alien parents to be a natural citizen of the United States.

Does anyone know how badly one’s case has to suck to lose in court when there isn’t even a houseplant sitting at the other table?  This badly.  Henceforth, bad legal arguments should be said to “Suck like a birther”
